What makes a useful correction report
Once it is open, tell us four things. Which page. What you typed in. What it showed you. What you expected instead. A link to an official source helps a lot too. Never send us your Social Security number, your bank statements or a loan account number.
Privacy questions
What you type stays in your browser. The company that serves the site still sees the usual request details, which the privacy notice explains. A separate address for privacy questions will go here too.
What we cannot provide
We cannot approve a loan, give you today’s rate, read your contract for you or advise you on your own money. For any of those, go to your lender or to someone licensed to help.
